Following the Ofsted inspection in January 2024 there have been some questions over the value of our curriculum. We feel it is important to state that the curriculum below is purely the basis for our teaching and was created following discussions with representatives from our local mainstream schools to understand what skills they need our children to be confident with to best prepare them for their continued learning journey. All the activities provided at Plume Avenue Nursery have been created to enhance the ongoing development of your child. We use the guidance provided by the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) and accompanying 'Development Matters' as the basis of our curriculum.  |
