Results Sheets completion !

Further to an email to all club secretaries, this is a polite request to clubs to ensure your results sheet is timely and correctly completed on the FA Full Time system.

To ensure you do not incur any unnecessary fines (costing your club at least £20), please note the following;

Please therefore be reminded of Rule 21(A) which states how the information should be provided and the deadline by when this should be provided:

(A) The Competition Registration Secretary must receive within two days of the date played, the result of each Competition Match in the prescribed manner.  This must include the forename(s) and surname of the Team Players (in block letters) and also the referee markings required by Rule 23, or any other information required by the Competition. Failure to comply with this Rule will result in a fine in accordance with the Fines Tariff.

The prescribed manner is by using the FA Full-Time system. Other information required is; the names of the goal scorers, the names of all players cautioned and sent off, plus any other information required by the competition.

Clubs shall list all players who started the match, and all substitutes who were nominated to the Referee prior to the match. Against the substitutes it shall be indicated who played.

Please also be reminded of Rule 21(C) which states that the Result Sheet must be CORRECTLY COMPLETED:

(C) The match result notification, correctly completed, shall be signed by an Officer of the Team, or as prescribed by the Competition. Failure to comply with this Rule will result in a fine in accordance with the Fines Tariff.

We are aware that some clubs have or are experiencing technology issues, whereby players are not appearing in Full Time who are registered and would like to stress that this warning excludes these examples, as this is an FA issue requiring a resolution however any clubs failing to adhere to these rules, will find themselves Charged in accordance with these rules for any future omissions.
